During my recent Easter getaway, I was particularly pleased with the comfortable and clean rooms offered by the hotel. The room amenities were complete with toiletries, fresh towels, and a paper roll. Another great aspect of the hotel was its key location in the heart of the city, which made it very convenient for us to explore all the best local attractions. the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed very much.
Despite repeatedly bringing these issues to the attention of the staff, they were not very apologetic or helpful, and neither did we receive hot water even though we asked for it. my Easter stay at this hotel was ruined by the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

The hotel staff were welcoming and efficient, making check-in a breeze. the spacious rooms provided a comfortable night's sleep, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief from the heat. the hotel's prime location allowed for convenient visits to nearby historic sites.
Some aspects of the room were in need of repair, which detracted slightly from the overall experience.

The hotel is located very close to a famous landmark, just a few minutes walk away. The breakfast provided by the hotel was satisfying and varied. Additionally, staff members were accommodating and friendly, providing good customer service.
The room was not up to the standards expected. The room was not very clean and some basic amenities such as towels were not provided. Despite providing feedback, the service did not improve, and a few requests were not fulfilled. the experience at the hotel was below expectations.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel facilities were in great condition, including the air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Without any doubt, the breakfast provided was delicious.
